  • Every package is insured with the company for $60.00. This insurance is provided for you free of charge. Any additional insurance will cost you 5% of the insured value. 

  • To determine the cost of shipping, the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight is utilized. The following is a formula for a dimensional weight - Length (Ñ–nches) x width (inches) x height (inches) / 139 = dimensional weight (lbs).

  • The following items are prohibited from shipping in packages: any type of weapons, guns, drugs, alcohol, cash, vitamins, precious stones and metals etc.
